Terms and Conditions

All CheapVisitors.com advertisers, affiliates and resellers are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Anyone determined by our staff to have violated these Terms and Conditions will be banned from CheapVisitors.com without any obligation by CheapVisitors.com to redeem any visitors purchased or money earned. Similarly, CheapVisitors.com have no obligation to supply prior notice or to supply an explanation. All advertisers, affiliates and resellers agree to use this service at their own risk.

Our Service. Although we make a reasonable effort to provide a high quality service, we make no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, uptime or timeliness of this website or services provided. Advertisers, affiliates and resellers acknowledge that CheapVisitors.com services are provided 'as is' with no warranty expressed or implied. At any time, these services can be revoked for any reason the adminstrators see fit with no compensation for money earned or spent. CheapVisitors.com services will only be granted after receipt of payment via PayPal. Advertisers or resellers that buy visitors are bound by PayPal's Legal Agreements together with applicable UK and International law.

Website Content. CheapVisitors.com distributes adverts on a family safe network. We reserve the right to reject any website that contains pornography, spam, racist content, copyright infringement, illegal activities and / or illegal software. This includes (but is not limited to) sites containing adult related products or services. We also reserve the right to refuse any site that redirects to another address, is a get rich quick scheme, contains pop-ups or pop-unders, breaks out of frames or resizes the browser.

Declined Adverts / Websites. If your advert or website is declined after you have ordered and paid, your payment will be refunded via PayPal within 48 hours. If your advert and website is approved, then later you change your site's content to something that violates the Website Content terms, your campaign will be cancelled with no obligation to refund your payment. The administrator's decision is final.

Prohibited Activities. Advertisers must not create more adverts than necessary, or intentionally submit incorrect payment details or information in order to obtain visitors fraudulently. Affiliates and resellers must not spam or otherwise illegally promote their links to our services either online or offline.

Abuse. We have a zero tolerance policy towards system abuse of any kind. Any person found to be sending unsolicited messages (spam) by any means, including (but not limited to) email messages, forum posts and text messages will have their account deleted. Furthermore, any member that sends threatening, offensive, spam or otherwise abusive emails to our staff will have their account deleted.

Age Restrictions. All CheapVisitors.com affiliates and resellers must be aged 16 years or older.

Payments. Affiliate payments can be requested after $100.00 USD has been earned. All payments are sent via PayPal. Most payments are sent within 48 hours, however you should allow up to 30 days.

Taxes. By joining CheapVisitors.com as an affiliate or reseller you assume full responsibility for any taxable income earned, and if required, you agree to declare your income to the relevant authorities.

Liability. All CheapVisitors.com advertisers, affiliates and resellers agree to use this service at their own risk. CheapVisitors.com, its administrators and its partners cannot be held liable for any expenses, damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of CheapVisitors.com website or services. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold CheapVisitors.com and its sponsors harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or any third-party's rights, including infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of these Terms and Conditions.
